Most divers say Rescue is the best course they've ever taken. It builds confidence and self-sufficiency, but more importantly it teaches you to look out for the people diving with you. You'll cover self-rescue, stress and panic management, emergency equipment, in-water rescue breathing, exits and full dive-accident scenarios. We work through shallow-water skills and theory first, then put it all together with real-life scenarios in open water. It's hard work — and the payoff is enormous.
