The EFR course gives you the basic skills to respond to a medical emergency — anywhere, not just underwater — until professional help arrives. It's a prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course, but honestly, we recommend it to everyone. CPR, secondary care, scene assessment, the works. Calm, hands-on, and genuinely useful.
